All prices in our shop are in DKK. As a Danish company we include 25% Danish VAT in the prices.
We want to give you the very best service, and make every effort to deliver from day to day. However, there may be circumstances in which it takes a little longer, so in some cases it may have to take up to 5 business days in DK and up to 7 days to other countries.
Should there be any damage during shipment of your goods, or if the product might have an error when you receive it – please contact us immediately so we can help you get the item replaced. In that case, we naturally reimburse postage. This means that you can get the item repaired or get a refund. This requires that the complaint is justified and that the damage / defect is not due to incorrect use. You must claim within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months, the claim is always timely. You have a 2 year warranty from the date you received the product – remember in this regard to save your receipt. Prices are subject to price increases, tax changes, exchange rate changes, sold out / outgoing goods and typos.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be settled by Danish law inthe ordinary courts.
